Anand Organics fabricates every machine in-house — the heart of the world's only end-to-end compost-production solution. Zero wastage, zero loss, only pure profit: up to 60 quintals per hour (proven on video), double the output of drum machines, and up to 50% lower labour and electricity cost.
A flat-type compost screening machine uses a flat, vibrating deck to sieve finished compost, separating fine, sellable compost from lumps, worms and debris. Compared with drum (trommel) machines, Anand Organics' flat-screen machines deliver up to 100% higher output and up to 50% lower electricity use, with zero wastage.
The honest answer is: whichever one matches the quintals you actually produce each quarter. Find your volume, and the machine picks itself.
Small farms and start-ups. Tyre & tractor-PTO options.

Every model feeds through a top-mounted grinder before the screen, and every grinder carries an automated spring-loaded ejection system that throws out small stones and brick pieces so the blades and motor are never shock-loaded. All machines use Crompton Greaves motors and Tata / Jindal steel. Custom builds on request. Prices shown elsewhere on this page are exclusive of GST and transport.
Enter your volume, labour and costs. The tool compares hand-sieving, drum machines and Anand Organics flat screens side by side, then recommends the right model for your output.
Compare hand-sieving, drum machines and an Anand Organics flat screen on your own volumes. Shows what you spend on labour each quarter and how long the machine takes to pay for itself.
These are not thin sheet-metal machines. Every unit is built on heavy structural channel using Tata and Jindal steel — the kind of build that runs for a lifetime, not a season.

Occasional greasing is all it needs. Maintenance videos are on our YouTube channel.
In composting, labour is the biggest cost by far. Cutting it — not electricity — is what makes you money.
Reliable CG motors throughout, in single-phase or three-phase to suit your connection.
We build six conveyor types — incline, decline, flat, screw, and V-belt incline and decline. They move raw material and finished compost without a single shovel, which is where most of your labour cost quietly disappears.
Our newest machine turns screened compost into uniform, free-flowing granules — the format buyers pay a premium for. Supplied with a dedicated input conveyor system engineered to feed the disc at a steady rate.
We work with municipal solid-waste operators, FPOs and large commercial producers — including bulk earthworm supply and machinery customised to your site. Tell us your volume and we'll build a quote.
More than 1,000 customers run our machines every day — agri-entrepreneurs, farmers, municipal waste-handling units, biogas plants, biochar producers and more.

Clean the grinder, and grease the bearings once a quarter. Nothing else. Here is the full routine on video.
